The purpose of this training is to teach you how to properly 

conduct training sessions and use the Training Logs within the Portal.

There will be a short test at the end of this session, so please pay close attention. 

Feel free to take notes if needed.

As a Trainer, your job is to train new recruits.

You're to ensure that they understand the regulations and procedures of FSA.

When conducting a training session, you must:

Greet the recruits professionally, ensuring that they are seated.

You are allowed to use coloured chats when training.

Neon chats are not allowed.

Copy each line carefully from the scripts provided on fsa-habbo|com > Training Resources

Skipping parts of the script is not allowed. 

Address any mistakes and provide guidance when necessary.

Use the correct training room when conducting a training session.

If the room is occupied, you must wait with the recruit until the room is vacant.

No guests are allowed in the training room.

However, you may be supervised during your session and you cannot reject the supervision.

Note: If you do not follow the instructions and regulations required, you may be issued strikes.

After each session, you must log your training on Portal.

1. To do this, open fsa.habboportal.xyz

2. Click on the tab “trainings” on the left-side column of the page.

3. Click “Add Training”. 

4. Select the “Training Type”.

As you rank up, you’re going to be eligible to conduct different types of training sessions.

Members of the Trainers division are only allowed to train new Trainees. 

You can train up to 2 trainees at once.

¥ Define the “Status”.

• Passed - If the trainee has passed the test, please log it as “Passed”.

÷ Failed - If the trainee left during training, displayed disobedience

in following your orders or trolling behavior mark as “Failed”. 

If they failed the test, as a trainer, you must go over the script once again. 

If they don’t wish to go over training again, you can log it as a failure.

If the trainee went afk for longer than 5 minutes, log it as failed.

Remember that you are in-charge of every session you conduct.

Common mistakes to avoid:

‘ Logging the wrong username.

‘ Forgetting to submit a training log.

‘ Passing recruits even though they failed the test.

‘ Being unprofessional during sessions.

‘ Providing inaccurate information.

‘ Not using coloured chats appropriately.

You are now allowed to conduct training sessions and submit Training Logs through the Portal.

We will now cover how to operate the Trainer Station, also known as FTT (Fill the Training).

When assigned to FTT, your responsibility is to receive trainees

sent from Security and conduct their training.

Once the trainee arrives, use the -gate and -train commands

to open the gate and allow them into the Training Room.

After they enter the teleport, follow them to begin the training session.

Always ensure you are available before taking a trainee, Only train one trainee at a time.

If there's no other trainer available then you may proceed with a grouped training.

As a Trainer, please choose a Portal Tag. You will use it to train and promote members.

Your tag must be 2–4 characters and be related to your Habbo username.

Once you've decided on a tag, let me know and I'll submit the request for you.

contact you regarding points claiming and important updates.
