Who are we?
The Transfer Team is responsible for managing inter-agency transfers and ensuring a smooth transition process for members joining from other agencies. We work closely with external agencies to verify qualifications, assess eligibility, and facilitate seamless integration into the FSA.
Our responsibilities include processing transfers and interviews when required, moderating transfer records, and supporting transferred members throughout their onboarding process. We aim to create an efficient, professional, and welcoming transfer experience.
Through collaboration, organization, and clear communication, the Transfer Team ensures that qualified members can successfully transition into the FSA.
- Leadership Officer I+;
- Has been in FSA for 2 weeks (can be discussed, contact TT Leadership);
- Respects and follows the Code of Conduct of FSA;
- Previous experience with Transfer Team work (preferred but not mandatory);
- Basic knowledge working with spreadsheets or willingness to learn.
