Congratulations on reaching the OPS Staff Division!
You are now able to promote our hard-working members.
Let's go over the promotion rules:
- You cannot promote someone within your own division.
- You may only promote members below your division.
- Both you and the member must be filling a station for 10 minutes before a promotion can be given.
Next we’ll undergo how to promote a member
1. Go to the Portal.
2. Click on the 'Promote' tab.
3. Search for the username of the member you wish to promote.
Before promoting a member, always double-check their current & new rank in the Promotion Log.
Refresh the Portal if necessary to ensure the logs are up to date.
4. If the member is eligible, ATT them and congratulate them on their promotion.
5. Click “Promote Now” on the Portal and copy their new motto.
6. Ask them to amend their motto to the following.
7. Tell them to "Keep up the good work!" and to be At Ease (AE).
8. Once they have updated their motto, confirm the promotion on the Portal.

Firstly, we have the Events team
The Events team is responsible for providing entertainment to FSA to keep the community engaged.

Next we have the External Affairs team
The External Affairs team builds partnerships, strengthens external relationships,
and creates opportunities that expand FSA’s network and community presence.

Next we have the Finance team
The Finance team manages the FSA’s pay system, ensuring every pay period runs smoothly
by monitoring the base and accurately logging all portal pay points.

We also have the Internal Affairs team
The Internal Affairs team strengthens the FSA by supporting internal operations, communication,
member engagement, and collaboration while fostering a connected and inclusive community.

Next we have the Media team
The Media Team creates graphics and visual content that promote the FSA,
support events and announcements, and maintain a consistent, professional identity.

The Transfer team manages inter-agency transfers by verifying eligibility,
processing applications, and ensuring new members transition smoothly into the FSA.

⚠️ Replace [Your Tag] with your trainer tag, then wait for them to update their motto.
You will now be able to use the black tiles located around the Base.
The black tiles allow you to enter the Base directly without having to go through the Front Desk.
Simply step on a black tile, and it will teleport you inside the Base.

Our Discord server is used for Staff Updates and Event Announcements.
Rank Sellers will also use Discord to contact you regarding your cashouts.
As you are eligible to join Special Units, Discord is required for tasks and team communication.
If you are interested in becoming an iC, Discord is also required.
